1. All cancellations / returned goods must be notified to "The Rusty Hinge" via email (sales@therustyhinge.co.za)

2. A 7-day return policy applies

3. No returns / cancellations of goods will be accepted while goods are in transit

4. All goods returned must be in the same condition as delivered. If not, a handling fee will be charged

5. Costs for returning goods will be your responsibility

6. All goods purchased remain your property if fully paid for

7. Please note that " The rusty hinge" may reject any returned goods at any time for no particular reason.
